Kiwi's Report (Sunday, 16.October 2011)

We had a great outing this weekend. On  Saturday we drove to Armstrong and played agility in the big barn. I love going  to Armstrong for agility. I get to play in the barn and I get to take lots and  lots of walks around town with Diane. In between runs we did some Rally in a  school yard. And we played "find-the-very-small-cookies-in-the-grass" game. All  in all, it was lots of fun. I didn't even mind the strange room we stayed in at  night. But I have to say that if that Diane doesn't pull up her socks, I'm going  to trade her in for a new handler. Boy was she slow and sloppy. I had to guess  what she wanted me to do. I heard her moaning about getting only one ribbon.  Well. I hope she doesn't think that's my fault. I was brilliant. (Admittedly, I  have one minor flaw. I still have a tendency to miss that down contact on the
dogwalk.) And who cares about ribbons anyway. I just wanna have fun!

My friend Sassy had a good time at the trial too. In true Border Terrier fashion, she found and ate many bits of horse poop as she moved around the courses. But she made her Cathy proud by running a beautiful, clean Advanced Standard course. Cathy got a ribbon and Sassy got lots of good cookies.
