of me all day! Good grief!
![]() I can't believe this is only photo she took of me all day! Good grief! We drove to Kelowna on Saturday just to see if the girl would be able to handle obedience in the barn. Agility isn't a problem. It's so exciting that she doesn't have time to worry. She's too busy having fun. But the slow pace of obedience allows her lots of time to notice all the strange and scary things around her. Much to my surprise, she handled it beautifully. We entered only two events, Novice Team (with Yogibear) and one Advanced run. We Q'd in Team and had a fabulous Advanced run. One little hiccup towards the end - she popped into a sit a split second before I was back in heel position on the moving down, walk around. Yup. We'll have to work those stays in lots of different environments. And I'll have to remember to say "stay." That always helps!

AuthorMy name is Diane and I share my life with a Cardigan Welsh Corgi named Yodel. Yodel is my third Cardi and he is just wonderful. He is still quite young and doesn't know what he wants to be when he grows up. For now he is learning agility and Rally obedience. My previous Cardigans, Pekoe and Kiwi, were accomplished obedience and agility dogs. Maybe Yodel will follow in their footsteps. Archives
